Walk With Ease (WWE) is an exercise program that can reduce pain and improve overall health. If you are hoping to become more active, regardless of your current fitness level and mobility, Walk With Ease is for you!

    Get Moving with Walk With Ease!

    Participate in a group Walk With Ease class with a trained instructor. Search for an in-person or virtual class.

    Take this simple walking program at your own pace! Register online for the self-directed program.

    Walk with Ease is a simple fitness program free to all Oregonians. This program is proven to:

    • reduce pain
    • build confidence in being physically active
    • improve overall health.

    Participants will:

    • receive a free Walk with Ease guidebook
    • receive a series of six weekly emails to guide them through the program
    • learn how to be more physically active
    • set and work towards goals.
